The Burn Out – When your candles are burning at both ends

The Burn Out – When your candles are burning at both ends

Are you one of those persons whose schedule is just ridiculously crazy?  Do you feel like there is just no end to your madness?  Are you working a full time job, running a full time family, and trying to build an online business?  I’m sure most to muchwill answer “Yes”  Well, join the club!!!

Do you have any days off?  Well, If you are like me you have two days off.  Sometimes, I have to admit, I really don’t feel like doing a whole lot on those days, but I realize that if I am going to be successful I am going to have to manage my time.  So I get a bit of rest and then I am on the grind.  I am working a full time job which is …well more than 8 hours a day, attending daily household chores, and working my online business.

When your candles are burning at both ends

By the time I usually get home at night and get myself settled it’s already 11 o’clock! Then I attempt to work my online business! Sometimes I am so exhausted that I don’t have the energy to do anything else!  Then there are those days I add a bit of working out. Wheew! Yep! it gets hectic  at times! But as my son always say “Rise and Grind”.

I’ve been thinking, how can I get my online work done more efficiently?  I sometimes take a thirty minutes lunch and at other times I take an hour.  Then it hit me!  Maybe I could dedicate my lunch time to my online business.

You see, my ultimate goal is financial freedom.  I want to be able to spend more time with my grand children.  I want them to not have to be sad with they are visiting me and then while they are hear  I have to go to work. I realize that I must treat my business like a business if I want it to be success.  All of the above is why my ultimate goal is financial freedom!

Today, I wrote this blog because I want to encourage others to find a little dedicated time in your hectic schedule to put toward your business. It’s kind of like putting a way a little money at a time and watching it grow daily.  You will eventually start to see your income grow and a better habit forming.  In the same way you will eventually start to see your income grow.

Here are some things that will help you not to get burned out:

1. Make a To Do List

2. Do one thing at a time

3. Take time to “rest” even if it’s for 10 to 15 minutes:  find a spot, close your eyes, and breath

4. Don’t try to cram everything into one day or a small time frame.

If you don’ t like your output , change your Input

If you don’ t like your output , change your Input

We live in a computer age. They are pretty much everywhere. We use computers for nearly everything we do. There are also virus applications that when inputted, applied, and executed in the networks, our computers get corrupt and the results are very unfavorable.

Some computers can be fixed and cleaned and restore back to it’s original state after taking it through a process. Other computers don’t make it.

If you don’ t like your output , change your Input

Our lives are much like computers; what you put in it is what you get out of it.

Les brownMost of us desire to succeed and to obtain better things in life whether it is a job, a business, or whatever. But there are those who allow themselves to be filled with “junk”. You might say, “what do you mean by that?” well how many people do you know who are always talking negative, listening to negative people, hanging around negative people, being lazy, not believing in themselves etc.?

If you don’ t like your output , change your Input

I personally know of an individual who “says” he wants a job. But all he does it watch videos, sleep, eat and ask other people for money. Now, they are not watching motivation videos, nor are they doing any kind of personal development but yet they say they want to work. When asked about how they are coming along in their job search, they get mad.

They don’t like how they are living but yet they are not doing anything to change it. If you want to change your life’s output, you’ve got to change your life’s input.

If you want a “job”, then you’ve got to fill out applications, if you want to start a business you’ve got to make the first step.

“If you’re going to be successful, you’ve got to be willing to change your input”

How can you change your input? Well, one way is to listen to personal development cds, mp3s, tapes. Read self improvement books. Doing these will help you develop a new mindset. Find a mentor, someone who is successful already or someone who is headed in that direction.

Set benchmarks for yourself. Take as assessment of your circle of friends. Ask yourself  “Do i have friends that are encouraging?” Do i have friends that are negative? “Do I have friends who are always putting down what I do” ” Do I have friends who always have a negative opinion of everything I try to do?” “Do I have friends who are ambitious?” “Do I have friends who desire to be better?” or “Do I have friends who are just moving with the wind?”

Remember:

If you don’ t like your output , change your Input

Deep Within…Self Pity or Success

Deep Within – Self Pity or Success

Are you feeling sorry for yourself because of mistakes you’ve made? Are you feeling some type of way because your friends have passed you by, gone on to college, or opened their own businesses?

There are those who live in a world of self pity and think success is going to fall into their pockets perhaps a knock at the front door or maybe a delightful piece of mail, from the postman stating that you must come pick up your wealth.

Unfortunately, this is not reality.

If you really want to succeed, you’ve got to be hungry. you’ve got to want it more than you want to breath.

Some people feel like they have to wait on time in order for them to do anything.

They feel as if things have to go a certain way in a specific order for them to achieve or begin their journey.

What they don’t realize is that time waits on no-one.

Before long they have gotten older their energy level has changed, now they are in the wishing mode…wishing they would have done this and that. Some even have dreams; but because someone has told them that they cant or it will never happen, they believe it and have tossed their dreams to the side.

But what will you do ? Will you continue to sleep your life away? Will you keep on dreaming and hoping?

Or will you wake up, get moving,  create your own circumstance and obtain the life you deserve?

The time is now. Make the decision to seek after a better life.  Be hungry.

Allow yourself to be successful, stretch your mind,  go where you have never been.
