The Burn Out – When your candles are burning at both ends
Are you one of those persons whose schedule is just ridiculously crazy? Do you feel like there is just no end to your madness? Are you working a full time job, running a full time family, and trying to build an online business? I’m sure most will answer “Yes” Well, join the club!!!
Do you have any days off? Well, If you are like me you have two days off. Sometimes, I have to admit, I really don’t feel like doing a whole lot on those days, but I realize that if I am going to be successful I am going to have to manage my time. So I get a bit of rest and then I am on the grind. I am working a full time job which is …well more than 8 hours a day, attending daily household chores, and working my online business.
When your candles are burning at both ends
By the time I usually get home at night and get myself settled it’s already 11 o’clock! Then I attempt to work my online business! Sometimes I am so exhausted that I don’t have the energy to do anything else! Then there are those days I add a bit of working out. Wheew! Yep! it gets hectic at times! But as my son always say “Rise and Grind”.
I’ve been thinking, how can I get my online work done more efficiently? I sometimes take a thirty minutes lunch and at other times I take an hour. Then it hit me! Maybe I could dedicate my lunch time to my online business.
You see, my ultimate goal is financial freedom. I want to be able to spend more time with my grand children. I want them to not have to be sad with they are visiting me and then while they are hear I have to go to work. I realize that I must treat my business like a business if I want it to be success. All of the above is why my ultimate goal is financial freedom!
Today, I wrote this blog because I want to encourage others to find a little dedicated time in your hectic schedule to put toward your business. It’s kind of like putting a way a little money at a time and watching it grow daily. You will eventually start to see your income grow and a better habit forming. In the same way you will eventually start to see your income grow.
Here are some things that will help you not to get burned out:
1. Make a To Do List
2. Do one thing at a time
3. Take time to “rest” even if it’s for 10 to 15 minutes: find a spot, close your eyes, and breath
4. Don’t try to cram everything into one day or a small time frame.
